We can’t NOT talk about it!

The Mousetrap

As tradition dictates – we are not allowed to speak about it. However if I was allowed to , I would say, great show, captivating till the end, every one of the parts were portrayed brilliantly and I’d give a special mention to Sargent Trotter played by Garyn Williams for his fantastic effort recalling so many lines with some much energy!

The Mousetrap is a long standing popular show written by well know crime writer Agatha Christie.

It tells the tale of group of strangers all staying in the same snowed in remote guest house.

When a police sergeant arrives, the guests discover – to their horror – that a killer is in their midst! One by one, the suspicious characters reveal their sordid pasts. Which one is the murderer? Who will be their next victim?

A couple of well known faces are in the production including Todd Carty (Eastenders) as Major Metcalfe and Catherine Shipton (Casualty) as Mrs Boyle but the rest of the cast were also simply excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute.

Get yourself along to The Bristol Hippodrome this week to see this thrilling classic.
