I had a really enjoyable evening watching Jersey Boys last night at the Bristol Hippodrome. The vocals from the entire cast were excellent, with strong performances throughout the show. The choreography was well executed and helped bring energy and authenticity to the production.
The staging was relatively simple but highly effective, making clever use of props and seamless scene changes to keep the story moving smoothly. While all of the main characters delivered spot-on vocal performances, Frankie and Bobby were the standout performers for me. Their voices perfectly captured the spirit of the original Four Seasons sound and added something special to the production.
Overall, it was a thoroughly entertaining show with great music, talented performers, and inventive staging. A fantastic evening of theatre.
