Tonight saw the first South Bristol Balloon Launch in Redcatch Park, Knowle.
Two balloons made it up with one whisking off so quickly – we nearly missed it
After lots of wobbles towards an excited crowd, the second took off to great cheers from everyone keenly watching.
Enthusiasts of all ages were there from Austin aged just three weeks, to Maggie aged 96
Such a lot of work went in to it but it was enjoyed by all.
Well done to all involved.
