• Confirmation The publisher will confirm receipt of your order via email within 48 hours, and use this email address as the one for providing your monthly subscription. This will be emailed on the Monday of Print week each month and a list of dates will be made available in January 2025
• Use The Voice magazines are for personal, non-commercial use only. Reselling subscriptions or magazines is prohibited. 
• Payment When your subscription is due for renewal you will have 14 days to pay, or if you choose not to pay within 14 days of being reminded, the publisher can end your contract. 
• Delivery The publisher is not liable for delivery delays or non-delivery if the delay is due to circumstances beyond their control. However the publisher agrees to email the monthly issue of the South Bristol Voice to the given email address on the day of print – ahead of its availability in homes and shops.
• Cancellation You can cancel a direct debit subscription at any time, but you must contact the publisher at least 28 days before your next payment is due. 
• Price changes The publisher can change subscription prices and entitlements at any time with 30 days’ notice. 
• Credit card payment If you’re under 18 or not using your own card, you must get permission from the card holder before entering payment details. 
• Downloading and printing You can not copy, distribute, or use the materials for commercial purposes without the publisher’s permission.
