The doors of 62 West Wallaby Street are open again- Wallace and Gromit are back on Christmas day!

Their latest outing, Vengeance most fowl, features a new member of the household- a robotic gnome named Norbit.

However, better yet, there is a returning face too: the dastardly Feathers McGraw returns to seek his revenge on the clueless inventor and his genius mutt.

It has been a whopping 16 years since their last adventure when Wallace became engaged
to Piella Bakewell, the serial killer of bakers and Gromit came to his rescue again!
Aardman animations, whose offices are just a stones throw from South Bristol, are those responsible for bringing the iconic pair to life. They have also announced that three Christmas idents are also incoming: “We’re so excited to have Wallace & Gromit back on the BBC this Christmas Day and what better way to mark their return than by taking over the airwaves with three joyous festive idents created especially by the
masterful team at Aardman” says Charlotte Moore, BBC Chief Content officer.
The three shorts will appear on the BBC throughout December, so you better stack up on the
cheese and crackers as Wallace and Gromit make their triumphant return on Christmas day
on the BBC at 6:10pm and internationally on Netflix around the same time.
