For those of us who are lucky enough to have Connor McCann as their optometrist at Lynne Fernandes, Wells Road – you’ll know he’s a softly spoken, gentle and very caring soul putting you at ease while doing an extremely thorough job.
You’ll also know that Connor has had a rough few years with a minor accident leading to the discovery of a brain tumour – ‘Bob’ ultimately resulting in repeated surgeries, treatment and time away from work.

Sadly, while having an MRI earlier this year, another growth has been found and so Connor is now enduring radiotherapy before beginning a course of chemotherapy.
